PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

Objective I: NorthKey Community Care shall create and maintain sufficient technological resources and infrastructure to meet the changing needs of the community as a community mental health center.

Objective II: NorthKey Community Care shall create and maintain a personnel system that links individual performance with organizational success and is sufficiently flexible to adjust to the changing needs of the organization and the community.

Objective III: NorthKey Community Care shall create and maintain programs that are sufficient to meet the community needs in the areas of mental health, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Objective IV: NorthKey Community Care shall maximize available revenue sources to meet the community needs as a community mental health center.

Objective V: NorthKey Community Care shall create and maintain sufficient financial resources, systems, and infrastructure to meet the internal and external needs of the organization.
