NorthKey's Employment Rehabilitation program helps individuals with mental illness become productive members of the workforce.
Job coaches work with those who qualify for the program to develop good work habits through personalized training. Coaches help obtain employment and provide ongoing support services both on and off the job site. Staff help place clients in positions that match theri job qualifcations and skills. NorthKey clients have succeeded in areas such as maintenance, cleaning, clerical and food service.

Payment
There is no charge for clients who meet program guidelines. The program is funded though mental health and vocational rehabilitation grants.
