Respite services provide a temporary caregiver for families or individuals who are primary caretakers for a person with developmental disabilities. Services can occur either in the normal residential setting or a temporary residential setting.
Payment
Many of these services receive support through local, state and federal grants. Medicaid and Medicare are also potential payer sources for some services. Our financial office will assist each individual and family in understanding the payment mechanism prior to service delivery and program enrollment.
