Lead Manager of Performance Monitoring

Christy McGovern is a licensed clinical mental health and substance use counselor (LPCC-S, LICDC, CADC) with over 18 years of experience in the social services and health care fields. She earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Kentucky University in 2012. Christy leads and coordinates NorthKey’s development as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), compliance with The Joint Commission standards of care, and quality improvement activities. She also serves as NorthKey’s Health Equity leader.
