If you are in a crisis, or are a new client looking to begin services with NorthKey, call this number.
Business Line/Existing Clients: 859-578-3200
If you are an existing client not in a crisis, call this number. You will be greeted by an automatic voice recording that gives various options:
- Dial a staff person’s extension
- Be directed to the staff directory
- Schedule an appointment
- Connect to the Med Refill line
- Connect to Patient Accounts (Billing), Medical Records, etc.
- Connect to crisis if needed
