Benefits
- Graduates and current students can receive up to $7,500 per year for up to 2 years ($15,000 total)
- Must maintain employment at NorthKey or participate in NorthKey’s internship program
- Paid by NKU monthly in addition to regular compensation from NorthKey
Requirements for Current Students and Graduates
Current Students:
- Enrolled in NKU’s Master’s of Social Work or Counseling Program, OR
- Enrolled in NKU’s Bachelor’s of Social Work OR Human Services and Addictions program, AND
- Participate in NorthKey’s internship program.
Graduates: Must be an NKU graduate with any of the following degrees:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field
- Gateway Graduate with an Associate’s Degree in Human Services
- Graduated within the last 2 years (May 2023 or after)
- Work full-time for NorthKey in a clinical services role (therapist, case manager, etc.)
