Payment for Services

We are dedicated to delivering needed mental health, substance use and developmental disabilities services to people throughout the Northern Kentucky region. Because we believe services should be available to those who need them, we participate in most major insurance programs in the region, including Medicaid and Medicare.

As a Community Mental Health Center, NorthKey also receives limited and targeted funding for the Northern Kentucky region to help qualifying residents receive payment assistance for certain services that fall outside of existing insurance plans. We actively seek to maintain an array of payment options to help our community members access the care and services they need.

NorthKey staff works with clients and families to understand their payment options and any rules and guidelines that apply to their recommended services.

Please Note:

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
