Located in the heart of Falmouth, Kentucky, this location is staffed with a variety of mental health and substance use professionals to meet your needs, including psychiatric and primary care nurse practitioners, therapists and counselors, care coordinators, employment and housing specialists, peer support specialists, and more! In addition, at this location we operate an Adult Day Training Program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
NorthKey has Open Access at all office locations. You can be seen for an initial appointment or crisis needs when and where it is convenient for you.
